Bad experience in store
I purchased a pair of shoes in store but they are out of stock for my size, so I waited for a transfer from another store and collected it a few days later. However, the shoes were not in good condition (there are creases on both of them). The staff checked other stores and no more new pairs available. I was asking for a refund but was told all shoes are "non-refundable" even though I DID NOT EVEN GET MY SHOES. Also no one told me there would be no returns or refund under this situation when I purchased them in the first place. The shoes are comfortable but I am really disappointed this time.
