Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I placed an onder Nov 27 in hopes of giving as Christmas gifts. Two weeks came and went, with no email, communication, anything from Sunfrog. Finally I reached out to find out when I could expect to receive my items, and I'm told they don't have 2 out of 3 of the items I purchased in stock. I am very irritated at the fact that had I not sent them an email, when would I had been notified about the out of stock items. I requested a full refund for everything I order, hopefully I will receive that in a timely fashion. I will never do business with Sunfrog again, nor recommend them to anyone else.
