It was a pain to install. The instructions say there are video instructions online & that is a lie. I had to order special spacers from them when I realized that my install attempt failed. The spacers should have been included in the first place!!!!! Very frustrating. Then, after ordering them, paying extra and even more shipping, they showed up. I spent another 20 minutes re-installing them. It looked great. Thought to myself, well, at least it’s worth it to keep my kittens from going downstairs. I closed the gate and went downstairs. 2 minutes later my kittens are downstairs meowing at me. They went right UNDER the gate. Like the gate wasn’t even there. Worthless. It was a pain, it was a waste of time and it was a waste of money. One star is too generous a review.
