Account deactivated, reactivated after TP complaint
I've used this site for years without issues. Then, out of the blue, I can no longer log in. The account is deactivated. No reason given. No email to explain. Customer service is a chatbot that does nothing. GCX stole about $200-$300 worth of cards that I still have in the account, which I can no longer access. Update 3/18/2026: GCX reached out to me and reactivated the account. Thanks.
