CAUTION! Do Not Do Business With Them
CAUTION! Do not do business with this company. Ordered a transmission for my Chevy Astro on 8/25/20 and as soon as it was ordered I got a confirmation e mail saying please allow 10-14 business days for process, production and testing. After calling and talking to multiple people including Kevin the quality manager for months on end finally the transmission shows up late November but it doesn’t have the torque converter or transmission cooler I ordered with it. So I call them and a lady answers and takes my info but I never hear back from them and I have been calling since then and either no answer or I get put on hold then finally hung up on. So now I have been waiting since early September to install this transmission and here it is mid December and I still can’t install it. Invoice# 23484
