Terrible after purchase service
Bought a AWD 5000 early on. A pricey investment. The app isn't great but works. The robot did navigate the terrain as expected and did a good job. Areas on back corner of house with massive tree and house blockage it had signal trouble with. But that again is to be expected. My problem now is service. For the third season I need ned plastic disk blades and screws as previous screws had stripped. Ordered 6 weeks ago and still no tracking number and no blades. They say just be patient. Sounds like fraud to me. And may need to treat it as such shortly. So yea, zero after service support is going to sink this company. Making go from a fan and promotor to a never buy this brand again customer. All over a 10-15 cost of goods plastic part and horrible customer service. That's the way to drive a company into the ground.
