Poor Packaging and Customer Service
I was excited to surprise my wife with personalized socks. The US postal service delivered a torn corner of the package with no socks. I sent pictures to customer service but they only claim the package was delivered. Shame on USPS and shame on SantaSocks for not packaging the product in a better envelope. They could have had a return customer...
