The live agent Amanda was GREAT!!
The live agent Amanda was GREAT!!! We used the AIchat but it kept giving same responses and none of them helped until I requested a live agent. That's when I got Amanda and she help me in so many ways. Going above and beyond in assisting Agency with a bridging error. Thanks again Amanda! Kimberly Boyette, President Boyette Insurance
