BEWARE: NO Rest/Toilet Break on a 11 hour Journey? No food allowed on board? They stopped at 4 other towns to pick/drop passengers???
I took this bus from Kuantan to Sg Nibong, Penang island on Sun 13th Dec 2020 with my 13 year old son. When booking the Easybook App showed 2 separate buses to Penang, 1 to Butterworth and 1 to Penang Island. Based on this and what appeared to be a Direct Express Bus I booked this bus ticket. Firstly, after departing from Kuantan at 10.30am the bus stopped in 4 other towns, i.e. Temerloh, TBS Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, Butterworth and finally to Sg. Nibong Penang. 5 STOPS. This was supposed to be an Express bus. Not stage bus. VERY MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT and Basically a CON. The bus reached Sg. Nibong Penang at 9.20pm 11 HOURS JOURNEY. If they had not made extra stops to pick up more passengers the journey may have only been 7 hours. Secondly the driver DID NOT ALLOW any Hand Luggage, Food like buns and titbits. ONLY WATER. What the Hell?? Write it down when we book. The idiot driver did not make any stops for Food for 11 hours. ARE Dummies RUNNING EASYBOOK?? Everyone starved for 11 hours. After almost 6 hours, I got wise to get down for the toilet when they were picking up passengers. All the while the idiot driver kept saying they are going to stop for food soon at the next rest area, BUT NEVER DID. Why? I was travelling with a young child who starved for 10 hours. What about those taking medicine? Old people?? Are the drivers on drugs?? Because they don't seem to need to stop for 10 hours. BEWARE OF EASYBOOK AND BILLION. AVOID THIS BUS AND ALSO EASYBOOK.
