I had high hopes for the Nava Bands watch strap, but unfortunately, it fell short in several key areas. The strap itself feels cheaply made and lacks the durability you'd expect at this price point. The clasp is another major issue—it doesn’t fasten properly. Additionally, the connection to the watch is extremely stiff, making installation and adjustment unnecessarily difficult. Overall, the design looks sleek, but the poor build quality and functional flaws make it hard to recommend. A watch strap should enhance your experience, not hinder it. I have requested a return and a refund Emailed a few times and as yet no reply
