Cumbersome return process
Although I am a size UK 10, I ordered a dress size 12 based on the size guide they provide. The dress arrived and it was huge! I tried taking it to the tailor but they would have charged me 3 times the cost of the dress. I had to return it. When you return items, you need to wait for 30 days for the refund to arrive to your account and they deduct the money of the return label & any conversion fees in the credit or paypal. I returned it last week so I am still waiting. The dress was ok, not the best quality but descent for £166. I thought the model was great for a civil wedding. Regardless of this bad experience, and since I have not found a similar dress in the UK and reading from other people, I decided to risk and order the same dress custom size hoping it will arrive on time for my wedding. When you order custom size dresses, you can not return! I think it is fair if the dress arrives without defects. I will come back to post my experience with the custom size dress.
