Avoid!!!! Rubbish products do not waste your money!
***Update: After I wrote this review the manager(Ray) contacted me by WhatsApp to say that they will refund me but to make sure that i will remove my review(this is was long after i tried to contact them many times and no reply),shame on you!!! *** Avoid!!!!! Do not waste your money!! I ordered a lcd display for my iphone 16 pro max on 12jan ,the item arrived on 19th jan so next day i went at a phone service to replace my screen. All good it worked after it was installed and when i got home the screen wasnt unlocking it was black nothing it came up for like 30 minutes after that it worked and i said okay is working and i ignore it so 3 days passed and then i had the same problem but that was it the screen did not work at all after 3 days, the screen it was dead literally it was all black and it was not working anything on the screen. I went at the phone shop and they told me is a problem from the screen and is nothing they can do. I paid for the screen around £130 i know it wasn’t the same quality as the oled and had different specifications and etc but that doesn’t mean that if it was not the same quality it should stop working after 3 days! I tried to contact the company by email and contact number no answer for 3 weeks and then sonny answered to me on whatsapp saying he was on holiday and apologised for late reply( bullocks) he was trying to say that it was a problem with the installation not with the screen and that’s a lie because i went to 2 different phone shops and they said the same thing. He offered me to send another one and of course i said no because it cant be guaranteed that it will work as well and that i will loose my money again for replacement and i don’t want. I asked for a refund and after that no answer whatsoever ,he left me on seen on WhatsApp. Even now after more then one month i am trying getting my money back !!! Shame on you for your customer service and your rubbish products!!!
