FRAUD - STEAL AND LIE
The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Waiting months and months for even an answer - they’re a joke. They pay employees to lie and fob off refund claims and rebooking - taking them to court and have reported their dodgy tactics, will not back down. They should be BANNED as a ‘service’ to use - joke of a company.
