Horrible company to do business with
I placed an order with this company and it was, and continues to be, a horrible experience. I wanted to cancel an order, and was told it was already shipped, though their own website stated that it was still processing. They sent it all the way to the US and I contacted FedEx to have it returned to sender before it even reached my doorstep. I later found out that the package was destroyed because Nihao did not respond to no less than 4 attempts at contact. Only the supplier can file a complaint with FedEx regarding the destruction of the merchandise and they refuse to do do, saying that I received the package. This has been going on for 3 months. I do not have the product or the money that I paid for the product. I urge people not to do business with this company. They’re horrible.
