Dr.Fone didn’t unlock my phone and refund was refused
I purchased Dr.Fone specifically to unlock my own phone after forgetting the PIN. I downloaded and installed the software, but when I tried to use the unlocking function on my phone, it did not work. I requested a refund, but Wondershare refused it, claiming that my request was due to “personal reasons”. This is simply not the case: I asked for a refund because the software did not perform the function I purchased it for. Very disappointing experience. I believe the way this functionality is advertised is misleading if the software cannot actually perform it on the device after purchase.
