On November 22 someone ordered a tee shirt using one of my PayPal debit cards. When I found out this, I emailed Holapick and asked them to cancel that order as I didn't place it. I have never received the tee shirt nor the refund that they owe me $33.64. I keep getting messages that they have received my request and that it's processing and will take 7 business days to process. I don't know what measure of time these scammers use, but it's surely not like the rest of the world. They are pure scammers folks. They have no intention of refunding my money so I've escalated a complaint to PayPal as well as other agencies. Holapick can accept PayPal payments and that should be rescinded by PayPal immediately. They think that since they are in Hong Kong and I'm in Tennessee, USA that there is nothing I can do to get my refund. I've given up on getting t he $33.64 refund but I am filing complaints on evlery single website that offers reviews of scam businesses, the Federal Trade Commission in D.C., as well as any legitimate agencies in China that govern exports. It is my hope to have their import capabilities impaired. If you order from these scammers, expect shoddy goods, no goods, and no refunds. They also go under other business names.
