This company EaseUS will do everything they can to prevent you from getting a refund on a product that doesn't work for you. After so many emails back and forth, the company reluctantly offered me only 50% refund. Shame on you EaseUS for not standing behind your product(s). I have been a long time customer of some of your other products, but this experience will prevent me from doing any additional business with you.
