Would prefer not to give any stars! Stay well away. Ordered commemorative Liverpool glasses for my son’s 21st birthday. When they eventually arrived, I realised I should have checked out reviews. So the Liverpool stickers were obviously put onto the glasses by someone who had vision problems or a toddler. No offence to either. But yeah a toddler would have done a better job. They were lobsided, peeling and missing bits of the cheap stickers stuck onto cheap glasses. Contacted them straight away and was informed after about two weeks that as a gesture of goodwill they would offer 20% refund. When I pushed that these glasses were not fit for purpose, I was offered 50% refund or I could return, at my expense, for a full refund. I did suggest I was going to my bank about fraud but it didn’t get any reaction apart from them resending the same reply about 50% refund. Chancers and as others have suggested, maybe this is what they are about. They still managed to make €24 out of me as total cost was €48. I’d say between the two glasses and the stickers it probably amounted to about €3, and that’s if they paid the toddlers!
