Terrible brand, umdigi has zero warranty, be careful!!
I'd say most of the reviews here are bots. Umdigi is a TERRIBLE brand. The warranty has zero value. I had a phone fail after 4 months and after contacting support and having to follow up 7 times, I was told to reflash the phone myself (which is something they say voids warranty). After pointing out that and the fact it was clearly a hardware issue, support told me to contact the seller (the official umdigi store) for a warranty claim. I had initial replies from the store telling me I could make a warranty claim but would have to send it back at my own cost. After I agree and asked for the details to send it back, they stopped responding. It has now being 3 more months with zero help, just smoke and mirrors. All I need is a mailing address for warranty claims and clearly there is no actual warranty with umdigi, they just don't want to tell you that. Be careful, a cheap phone, cheaply made with no warranty can send up costing you more than a real brand once you have bought 2.
