Ordered and paid for transmission on October 13, 2020. Had an extremely difficult time getting ahold of anyone. I did receive an invoice for transmission and the taking of $1100.00 from my account. Talk to Jeff, he explained to me some legitimate reasons for me not getting through to anyone, ok. It's now December 20, 2020. I call everyday all day! Nothing. This transmission was going Into my brothers truck, but he has since passed from covid. I understand, we are all in difficult and trying times. I was furloughed last March and still have not worked. I wish I could get through. We need a refund please. We have sold the truck that this Ghost transmission was going into. Please be decent.
