Tiger Brokers customer service agent is very very lousy. She gave me the wrong instructions to transfer my money in the [future] a/c and couldn't transfer it. She promised to return my call but didn't. That was in March. Now it is July. I tried calling tiger brokers again but have yet to resolve this issue. As a result of her mistakes, I lost $$ on currency exchanges and was charged interest (even it was 0.49 USD) I am very pissed.
