Just be careful with the Timelines, they got my ITIN, but it took quite a lot of time (more than 8 months) may be due to COVID in Year 2020 , Im changing my negative feedback to a FULL positive one, as I don`t want to hurt anyone's business. But at the same time, just always make a transparent commitment to the customer, do not make them have false hopes. Good Luck !
