Disgraceful customer services
Purchased a pair of shorts that upon delivery I found to be of poor quality. After submitting my return request I was asked to explain in detail why I felt they were of a poor quality with the aid of a photo! My response was simple, poor quality falls into the category of ‘I don’t like the them and I would like to return’. Since I gave my reply I’ve been completely ignored with regards to my return. I’d advise to proceed with caution when purchasing from this company. Look for the warning signs. (Please see above). 0/5 stars.
