Very bad customer service. I ordered oneplayer x1 And made the payment through PayPal , the payment was pending in PayPal for security reasons, so I contacted the support team and the reply to me to cancel the order and request refund, so I did, and purchased other devices from other supplier After this the pending payment released and they don’t want to refund me the money unless they cut 5%. This some type of scam I have full email conversation for this
