Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered in November and contacted the customer service to confirm that I will be receiving my order before Christmas as I was ordering for Christmas presents. Customer service guaranteed that the shipping time is 7-10 days and I don’t need to worry about the reviews posted here claiming packages are delayed since it was only happening during beginning of covid. I started tracking the products and it was somehow stuck in China’s border for 2 weeks - tracker shows it is shipped back and forth from the city to the border due to “security reasons”. I contacted customer service and they instructed to keep checking the tracker. This is now 3 days before Christmas and I have yet to receive my order. Customer service just brushed me off and repeated that “it should only take 7-10 days, just keep checking the tracker”. I am beyond upset to have put my trust in this company. Order from them if you don’t care about when your products will arrive. Update: received products but the quality is horrifying. Got a blanket that looks nothing like the picture submitted. It was supposed to be a bichon and they made the dog yellow/light brown... I don’t wanna bother sending the blanket back as it will take couple months to get delivered again...
