This tool is not working
This tool is a crap. Support are thieves. Avoid this company and tools from this company. Please read below for the whole story : Migrating data from a 4 years old Samsung 7 to a recent iPhone 2020 : - first time I used this tool, the tool was doing nothing and returned only errors. - so I have migrated my phones data with another tools and it worked - i contacted the zen desk support for a refund as their tool was totally useless. - they wanted logs that were not activated by default so I was not able to prove the errors I had 2 days ago - so I retried and the tool had an auto upgrade. Because my phone already being migrating and I did not want to restart from 0 my data I have decided only to migrate again only the photos and videos. - this time the tool was not returning errors BUT to migrate the 50Gb photos the tool needed more than 2 days as it was taking several minutes to migrate few MB - I sent logs and screenshot to support and they just answered that it is totally normal and I had to wait 2 days to migrate my phone… Am I alone considering that this answer is totally unacceptable in a 2021 world ? Edited on March 1st: I received the refund after several zendesk ticket exchanges. Tool is not working (at least between Samsung s7 to iPhone ios14) but at least I did not lost my money
