Stressful, hassle, clueless —stick to Ikea
Used la redoute Italy This company is awful. I bought some furniture online and cancelled the order 2 minutes after making it. I wrote back / contacted them several times to make sure they got it, and i just get a message (48hrs later) saying that my order has been dispatched and will be at my house in 4 days. At the bottom of the email they state that I will have to take the items to the post office if I want to return them. Imagine the wasted time, energy, gas, hours someone has spent moving the furniture, the number of emails I have written And all the related stress because they are unable to register cancellations on a timely basis and they have a dismal logistics and CRM system and never read any of the emails and service tickets you open. Losers
