I ordered a doll for my daughter on the 27th November and so far the doll appears to have traveled from China to Kansas City in the USA. We are in Australia. I have sent several emails to the service centre but have received no response. More and more I suspect that this is a scam operation and now we are left without a doll for my daughter. I will delete this review if the doll arrives. The very positive reviews are all suspiciously similarly worded and I’d strongly suggest that buyers steer clear of this seller.
