Great Product - Remember the warranty :)
The product is great and then I had a breakdown problem. I did not get the warranty , so I needed to replace my SmoothSpine Massager. They worked with me, gave me discount and I ordered my replacement. I definitely got the warranty this time around. Look forward to many more years of back relief.
