Unable to give less... They're real scammers, using fake photos. I received products that didn't match the description and were unusable. I emailed them, but received no response for two weeks, so I followed up. They offered a 20% refund. I insisted I wanted to return the items and receive a full refund. They replied with a 35% refund and that I could keep the items. I continued to request a refund and return the items. They finally gave me an address in China and told me to return them myself at my own expense. I pointed out that their website states they provide a return label. They refused to provide a return label and therefore wouldn't refund me if I didn't send the items back. A total scam. Whatever you do, don't buy anything from them!
