Got there in the end
I ordered the item on 2nd December. I paid an extra £10.10 for express delivery which promised 3-7 days delivery time. I needed the item by 10th December as I was leaving the country then. On 4th December they told me to expect a tracking email after 2 days. I was worried about this delay and told them that if it couldn't be delivered by 9th December they should cancel the order and give me a refund. I received a message from DHL saying it would be delivered on 15th December, 5 days after I'd left the country. This delivery time of 13 days is clearly way outside their promise and is useless to me, but they refuse a refund. UPDATE - after leaving this review K&F contacted me and gave me a refund and a 10% off coupon. This is clearly satisfying, but a shame I had to go through this process to get it. I have added a star to the review to reflect this.
