Excellent experience
First of all the alexandrite stones are absolutely beautiful. Second. I was having difficulty getting the earings on because of the small fasteners ( clumsy fingers ). I wrote to the company, got an immediate and polite response. They told me they had adapters that will solve my dilemma. They are on the way to me. If you are contemplating a purchase of any of the myriad products from this company, do not hesitate. I recommend them highly.
