I recently ordered a Hohem iSteady Pro 4 gimbal, but it was faulty—the Bluetooth didn't work, and it couldn't connect with my mobile. I requested a replacement, but they offered me €15 and eventually €30 instead. They refused to take the item back. To avoid losing all my money, I accepted the €30. Keep this in mind before buying anything from Tomtop.com. I lost €50 in the process and then bought another one from Amazon UK, which works perfectly.
