Never Disappointed
Found them by chance when I was purchasing movies from other online vendors, and they just so happened to be the seller for the Your Name movie. I was beyond amazed when it came in a specialty box designed for a Bluray and not just shipped in another bubble mailer to be inevitably bent. I have never purchased anything anime related from anyone else since. Everything is always packaged carefully. On top of that, even without the incredibly cheap membership (which you can easily make back), most of their items are always cheaper than other sources. Of the one instance where I received a damaged item, it was quickly resolved. Going from 90% of my items being damaged to 1 in the last year, I'll never go back.
