UnitySoft's speedy response if there's a problem
I have been using TheUnitySoft and its predecessor, SoftwareGeeks for almost a decade now. It's very rare to get a problem, but on the 2 or 3 occasions where there's been a problem (usually with the licence key) it's been resolved within hours, usually minutes. Very pleased overall.
