Incorrect engraving and paid reviews
Very disappointed. They changed a symbol on the order and apart from nit offering a refund for their mistake, they said that is what I gave them. When I sent them screenshots of my order on their account and forwarded confirmation email. They still said that infinity symbol had a circle around it. Sent them screen shots and they accused me of editing the images. Very disappointed. DO NOT buy from them. Instead of fixing their mistake they accuse falsely of altering proof and want you spend more money to fix their error. AVOID this company. Also don’t trust reviews as they offer $2.50-$5.00 refund to give them a good review
