Poor quality clothing plus huge return fees
This is a review I left on their website. I must say, I purchase alot online so I do have occasional returns. I have never had to wait for a refund as long as BP made me wait. Usually, as soon as a package gets scanned at the USPS, the refund shows up on my card. Here's my review: First of all, this fabric is not flowy at all so the dress looks extremely boxy on. Very unflatering, but most of all, my refund had a deduction of $22.85 for 2 of these dresses and it took almost 2 weeks to get the refund. Seems like Boston Proper is making their profit on returns rather than sales!
