I went to make an exchange at Pazzion…
I went to make an exchange at Pazzion at Bugis Junction . And the retail staff gave me the feeling that she wasn't happy when I said that I wanted to made a exchange (her face was changed after I said that) . I told her the reason for exchanging is because of I bought the Handbag and I felt too small (by a very politely way) . But after she helped me to make an ex change and I just turned over and walking to go out of the shop then I heard that she and another staff laughed very loud (because both of them were at the counter to help me made an exchange) . They made me feel that they were laughing at me or maybe I was just too sensitive but I think they shouldn't laugh like that loud when the customer still haven't really walked out of the shop (even they laugh at me or not me) . I felt totally dissapoited and very unhappy with their serves ! Their staffs are rude !
