i haven't receive my parcel more than 11 days. consignment number tracking still at hub. not even move. OMG. wondering its already lost? Helloo its only domestic courier! even i bought item from china already arrived! made a complaint via facebook they told me not enough flight due to covid19. lol. that's is an old excused. i bought something with shopee this week only need 6days to received. omg. i will never ever use citylink again. wondering if my item is lost now. why others courier can normally delivery item on time? this company never felt a shame as many people had curse them. do your research before use this service. good luck.
