Difficult issue to troubleshoot, but they did
I've had terrible experiences in the past buying grey market Windows keys. Some places will sell you a key for cheaper than QooKeys but the cheaper place had me running around and trying to scam Microsoft support into validating their crappy key when it didn't work. QooKeys sent me a legit activation code right off the bat, and when I had an issue with a corrupt file thanks to my initial Windows install, their tech support spent two hours troubleshooting and fixing the issue. This is the best support experience I've had in a long time. 10/10 would recommend.
