Singapore Airlines knowingly leaves you unable to log in unless you have Krisflyer account.
The SA website needs a Krisflyer membership number to let you log onto your account but in some way confuses their records of your membership and password to stop you from doing so. A long online chat explaining the problem resulted in no help being given and no response for access to any complaints procedure. I am locked out of my account and despite offers of help if I send them a copy of my passport, no action or help is forthcoming. All I am trying to do is log on to my SA account with a normal password and email.
