Not great customer service and the quality of the hair varies from pack to pack.
After few orders I had a problem with one of my packs, the label said 1B but the hair wasn't. I tried several times to contact customer service and they kept playing around with me and wasting my time. I guess the good customer service is for new customers only. After having the hair for a few weeks the hair looks great Every time you wash it it comes back to Iife purchased 7 packs. Only had issues with one.
