Unrealistic shipping
The site made it seem like shipping was going to take 7-10 business days. You better read the fine prints. I ordered on Nov 25th and only got my order on Dec 24th. Super unresponsive customer service on top of it. Emailed them and never got a response. Very disappointed by this site.
