Worst experience
Worst experience. I had a flight canceled one way and airways confirmed that the refund has been made to my agent which happened to be explore trip(as I booked online with them). Its been more than a year and I have been calling and emailing them to prcoess refund but had no luck. I happen to know somebody else whose same flight was canceled for the same reason and they have already got their refund months back, but they were lucky as they didn't book with exploretrip but with other travel website. Stay away from Exploretrip, Big scammers!!
