SINCE 2014 I’ve attempted to set up an uber driver account meanwhile I was paying uber drivers over the length of my 5 star rider status for my then teen daughter all the way until she was 21 years old a total of 343 rides they never wanted me as a driver I could support them with my dollar but they refused to allow me to earn through their app on any level. I spent weeks trying everything reaching out to Customer service never did I receive adequate assistance I gather my English was too American for the service as I never spoke to an American EVER !! Yet I was attempting to earn separately from my rider account for years. I’m done I’ve deleted my accounts I wish to offer this review because this is HORRENDOUS SERVICE AND NOT TO MENTION THE WAY DRIVERS WOULD APPROACH MY THEN TEENAGE DAUGHTER QUESTIONING HER ETHNICITY AS SHE QUOTE ON QUOTE LOOKS EXOTIC TO JUST BE BLACK!!!!
