Vankyo Performance V630W Projector
I purchased one of their projectors, a Performance V630W from ebay. It came factory sealed, I opened it and it was missing the remote control that was supposed to come with it! It was even shown in the packing list. The projector lens itself had fingerprints on it despite being brand new out of the box! There was no manual for the unit aside from a basic quick start guide and I had to search the internet for the appropriate manual... The adjustable leg on the projector, yes, just one, is in the center of the unit and makes it unstable on the surface, not happy they skimped on one on either side... The lens cover can only be inserted if you screw the focus ring down the whole way. So every time you use the projector if you ceiling mount it you are going to have to either leave the lens cover off or de-focus the projector and refocus it every time you try to use it... I tried to work with the original manufacturer to send me the remote control missing from the packing list. I sent them proof of purchase, pictures of the unit and it's contents and everything. They told me they would not honor my purchase with the correct contents from the packing list and I would have to buy a remote controller myself off of their website!
