No Delivery, No Customer Service
I ordered a watch band from MiniInTheBox. The product seemed to have a competitive price and reasonable delivery time. I wish I'd read these reviews - now a month after the tracking information suggested the item had been delivered, it has still not arrived. MiniInTheBox has blamed COVID-19, offered increasing discounts, but still no delivery. Update: a full refund has now been provided
