Garvee customer service
I bought a Garvee upright air conditioner 6/10/26 then-seen reviews & canceled order within 1hr 26mins. Acct dn show shipped then-Rec'd an auto email same time-already shipped-sent email #2-That a store of their size cn have sent item in that time LOL. 6/11 Rec'd email very professional trying to intercept but if gets thru refuse delivery 6/13 rec'd email stating did intercept & please notify them when rec'd back at Garvee store so they can process refund request. 6/15/26 advised Garvee FedEx returned unit 6/18 Garvee advsd rec'd & have submitted refund req will take 3-7 busn days. 6/29 I advised dn rec refund. 7/1 Garvee advised submited request (again) & is underway please wait longer. 7/1 rec'd text refund has been sent. 7/2 I rec'd refund. 22 days total. Can't tt a person only email, even thou they can text you!! But from what I have seen I was blessed to rec my refund!! Do not go direct to Garvee. Update: 7/6 Rec reply. The rep-Nadia went into great detail how their business operates, which I appreciated! She indicated wants change on handling refunds. I agreed w/her but feel review is accurate.
