If I could give a minus 10 stars I would. Do not buy from these. They send cheap, ugly, poor quality, creepy, plastic dolls nothing like ones in the pics on the website. Not even imitation ones as they look totally different and wearing different clothes. I complained and asked for a full refund of £108 which they advised I would receive once they had the doll returned (after I declined a 10%, then 20% and finally 25% refund). I paid £34 return fee (so now totalling £142) and sent to the address they told me to and have been advised I have sent it to the wrong address and will not get my refund. I double checked and the address I sent it to was the one they gave me. BIG SCAM!!!
