I spoke to a consultant on 04/08/2025 to request a downgrade as I cannot afford the initial policy requested as I am currently unemployed, he said he’ll send me an email with brochure to assist me to select option for my downgrade but email came with no attachment. A 2nd consultant called later in the month of August 2025 to follow up on non payment on my policy and I explained to the lady that I had requested for a downgrade and she said she’ll follow up with her colleague, then till now no feedback. Fast forward 2 September R1835 was debited from my account, which by the way is my kids transport money to school for the month. I called in to ask for my refund and response I got from One Plan was sorry they can’t refund me because one months notice. So meaning my kids won’t go to school for this month because their consultants couldn’t send me proper information to process downgrade? So my kids must suffer and not go to school???? 😡😡😡 worst company to deal with
